Grant Objective

The grant aims to:
• Support the establishment of new programs or services that cater to marginalised groups, aimed at removing barriers faced in accessing essential resources and opportunities.
• Improve early intervention strategies that support at-risk individuals and families before they experience social exclusion or crisis.
• Enhance community participation by funding programs that foster social connections and reduce isolation.
• Improve health and wellbeing by increasing access to physical and mental health services, addressing preventable health conditions, and promoting healthier lifestyles.
• Strengthen access to essential services that support social inclusion, housing stability, mental health and overall community wellbeing.
• Promote awareness, address misconceptions and reduce stigma by supporting initiatives, campaigns, and programs that challenge negative perceptions of marginalised groups, including people experiencing homelessness, mental health challenges, or social isolation.
